David Cruz Owner/Head Instructor
David Cruz is the owner & head instructor of LEAP PARKOUR ON THE GO. He has 30 years of experience in Parkour, urban acrobatics and has been involved in several TV programs. He gives parkour classes to in Buford, Suwanee, and Atlanta. His parkour for kids program focuses on getting kids into shape in a fun way. He is responsible for producing many championship athletes and stunt performers Mr. Cruz also donates to various foundations such as the BCRF and St Jude Children's Hospital.
Dereck Hudson Parkour & Fitness Coach
Dereck has been with LEAP PARKOUR for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and speed course competitor. He also heads up the parkour fitness program. He is consistently training to perfect his style. He is very meticulous and informative. You got a question he is the man to come to!

Leap Parkour filmed a segment that is now used in schools to teach Momentum and Impulse. This episode was shot at onsite with the owner, David Cruz, demonstrating the use of momentum to scale the 15 foot warped wall used in his parkour classes. Leap parkour on the Go parkour for kids is a great way to learn science in a fun way. His classes are available in Buford, Suwanee, and Atlanta.
